The Lavender Menace website is a vibrant online space where feminist thought and creativity thrive.
I am a radical feminist who understands the historical weight of the term “Lavender Menace” and welcomes vibrant, respectful discussions in the open spaces I’ve created for free expression on my blog. Please feel free to chime in on an existent blog or start a new one of your own…
I welcome feminist artists to sell thier goods on this site, along with shared thoughts, books. etc. I wont charge for the space, so long as you agree to the basic rules of decent commerce and share the very minimal costs of the site, divided among all of us who sell stuff on the site.
But, I am really here to sell lavender products and potions I make, here in Sequim, Washington. This is the most beautiful place on earth.
My grandmother and mother both raised me to be a talented craftsperson. I love to make floral arrangements and I also love to cook. I will actually try almost anything. But, I have given up totally on some things, like painting or drawing.
Lavender is my absolute most favorite aroma and flavor, so I work hard to find the best ways to bring it out from the natural flower. I hope you like the products I make here, as they represent my apothecarium and healing arts aspirations
